Resources for learning to meditate
There’s a lot to learn. And it can’t be rushed. But do your research. The zine we made is just a “taste” of what’s out there. And at some point, you will need a teacher. But these resources will get you started.
“When the student is ready, the teacher appears.”
Go to YouTube and search: heart brain coherence meditation Gregg Braden
Braden explains the process very clearly and also has several guided meditations you can do.
This book will help you a lot as well. You can find used copies for not much money. Drunvalo has also written several books on sacred geometry. (Oh yes, that’s another rabbit hole. Look up Nassim Haramein to start THAT journey)
If you have questions—and you will—you can reach out to Ed Glimme via Facebook @etherealgatelessbarrier or go to his website, etherealgatelesbarrier.com
He’s been at this for awhile and he’s open to questions.
